Welcome to Lydia's Pilates! I'm Lydia, and I've been passionate about movement since I first started dancing at the age of 4. Over the years, I've explored many forms of exercise, but it was Pilates that truly captured my heart. The transformational benefits I experienced with Pilates, from improved posture and core strength to enhanced flexibility and overall strength, were nothing short of life-changing.

Not only did Pilates help me build physical strength, but it gave me a sense of peace and clarity, helping to reduce stress and create balance in my life. I'm now committed to sharing these incredible benefits with others, whether you're new to Pilates or looking to take your practice to the next level.

My approach to teaching is centred on improving posture, strength, flexibility, and core stability while always focusing on the breath to ensure you move with intention and mindfulness. Whether in a group class or one-to-one session, I create a supportive environment where you can work at your own pace, build functional strength feeling stronger, healthier and more connected to your body.

I truly believe that Pilates can make a difference in everyone's life, and I'm here to help you unlock your full potential, one breath, one movement at a time.
